The monthly meeting for the Iola Amateur Radio Club was held on November 11th, 2025, at Colony Christian Church in Colony, KS

  • 9 members present
  • The Club began this months meeting by viewing the International Space Station as it passed overhead. We also listened to packet data being transmitted by the station with a hand held radio.
  • Doug reports on Farm City days involvement. Some FT8 contacts were made. A few people stopped by the stand. The second half of the day was rained out. 
  • Jeremy offers to donate $1000 to the repeater fund.
  • The election slate for next years club officers was passed around.
    • Jeremy motioned to accept the slate
    • Steve seconded the motion
    • The vote was unanimous to pass the slate
    • The new Club president will be Jeremy Utley
    • All other officers will remain the same
