The Iola Amateur Radio Club held it’s regular meeting on April 11, 2023.
Jeremy agreed to put the PO Box address on the club web site.
The treasurer gave a report on the club bank account, which was approved.
Steve reported on plans for Field Day, as well as upcoming programs.
The 2-meter repeater was discussed. Gale, Jeremy, & Steve will look into options.
The club’s constitution and by-laws were discussed. Jeremy moved to accept these as they were posted on the web site. Chase seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
There being no further club business the meeting was adjourned, and a testing session was held. Chase Riebel upgraded to General class, while Jessica Riebel and Lexy Riebel passed their Technician class test. Also, Jeremy offered a presentation on Digital modes for VHF/UHF.
